【愛爾成果轉(zhuǎn)化辦公室】接收來自愛爾及社會(huì)各方的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)信息?！緪蹱柍晒D(zhuǎn)化辦公室】評估這些知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的商業(yè)化可行性，并在可行的情況下將其授權(quán)給產(chǎn)業(yè)方或是獨(dú)立孵化。如果知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)成功進(jìn)行授權(quán)，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)所有者及發(fā)明人將獲得授權(quán)所得。如果知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)成功獨(dú)立孵化，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)所有者及發(fā)明人將獲得相應(yīng)股份。
【愛爾成果轉(zhuǎn)化辦公室】會(huì)與發(fā)明團(tuán)隊(duì)一起探討其知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的潛在應(yīng)用。然后，【愛爾成果轉(zhuǎn)化辦公室】結(jié)合技術(shù)和市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，制定轉(zhuǎn)化或孵化策略?！緪蹱柍晒D(zhuǎn)化辦公室】將找到可能對該知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)感興趣的公司或投資方，并通過簽訂許可或投資協(xié)議完成創(chuàng)新成果轉(zhuǎn)化與孵化。
Introduction:
AIER Innovation Incubation Office is affiliated with
AIER Eye Hospital Group, responsible for managing AIER’s IP assets and facilitating
innovation incubation and investment in ophthalmology
field. Our mission is to promote effective incubation and investment of
ophthalmic innovations, benefiting patients and advancing scientific research
and education.
We welcome IP disclosures from both AIER and the public.
Our evaluation process assesses commercial viability of these IP rights, which may
be licensed out or incubated independently if deemed feasible. IP owners and
inventors will receive rewards upon successful licensing or corresponding
shares if independently incubated.
In collaboration with inventors, we explore potential
applications of these IP rights. Subsequently, we formulate incubation or
investment strategies based on the risks associated with technology and the
market. Our efforts involve identifying companies or investors interested in
these IPs, boosting the transformation and incubation of innovation through the
signing of license or investment agreements.
